On December 20th 1997, Dr. Muhammed Majeed (President of Sabinsa) was privileged to be invited to give a presentation on "Innovative Phytochemicals and Fine Chemicals" at the 49th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress held in Trivandrum, India. The Souvenir Magazine prepared for this meeting featured an article entitled "Ayurveda and Indo-Tibetan Materia Medica: Alternative Medicine Goes Mainstream for Better Health Care Delivery" written jointly by Dr. Majeed and Dr. Vladimir Badmaev.
